These Terms & Conditions 8kdb (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") and its users. By accessing 8kdb's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• When making a deposit, you must include your 8kdb user ID in the transaction note.
• Deposits must not be made using another person's payment method — the payment number must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with our anti-money laundering policy.

Welcome Bonus (150%):

• Get a 150% bonus on your first deposit.
• Maximum bonus: ৳15,000. That means a ৳10,000 deposit earns you a ৳15,000 bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a total of 20x Place bets (Sports Betting), or 30x (casino games).
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or IP address.

Other Bonuses:

• Daily login bonus, weekly cashback, referral bonus — separate terms apply to each.

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on the official result after the match concludes.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be voided and the bet amount refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8kdb. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by providing false information.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to 8kdb's systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusive or disrespectful behavior in live chat or toward other members.

8kdb believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a burden. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of every member.

8kdb offers the following Responsible Gaming tools for its members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.

You may also close your account yourself: Contact support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before your account is closed (provided no restrictions apply).
